After earning his double degree in business marketing and creative writing from UCLA in 2009, Richard discovered his calling to SEO. Having started out at a large agency as a technical writer, Richard discovered his love of SEO strategy and analytics. Having successfully worked on a number of large accounts, WEBITMD took notice when we met him at a digital marketing conference. Richard has been our top analyst since 2010, and his love for the industry keeps us all amped up. Having moved to the US when he was 7, Richard brings an old school work ethic he gets from his parents who own a chain of restaurants in Miami. Richard’s passions include kayaking with his wife of 8 years, his two young daughters, his golden retriever Jericho, and his hobby of restoring 70s era muscle cars. Fun fact: Richard met Jay Leno at a car show and was thrilled to bits after showing Jay an image of a 1970 Citroen SM he restored (Mr. Leno gave Richard the thumbs up).
