Client Strategist - Growth Stack (Remote)

Overview on the Role:

We are looking to hire an experienced marketer and sales-knowledge based individual to join our growing team!

In this role you will be responsible for being the direct point of contact for our Growth Stack clients – serving as a strategist / liaison between the client and our internal team members (SEO, Paid Media, Creative, etc). You will need to have a deep understanding of both marketing/sales in order to address client’s business challenges and marketing objectives.

Our Growth Stack has been built to solve these challenges – with technology, strategy, and tactics – but the understanding of how it all comes together and presenting that to our clients would be your core accountability. This full time position ideally would be based out of our Los Angeles offices but remote is an option for the right candidate.

Details of the Role:

  • Own the strategy, management, execution, and goal achievements for a core set of WEBITMD’s Growth Stack engagements
  • Identify client’s business objectives, challenges, and key success metrics alongside the WEBITMD leadership team during project kick-off
  • Become the resident expert on your clients’ industries and marketing. We are essentially their outsourced CMO/CRO and you are the key point of contact on the WEBITMD team.
  • Work alongside our Growth Marketing Lead, SEO team, Paid Media team, copywriters, designers, developers to deliver on that strategy and vision.
  • Take the lead in our quarterly strategy meetings with Growth Stack clients to review the past 3 months and plan the next 90 day roadmap aligned with the clients goals. In this meeting we highlight wins, identify areas in need of improvement, and provide our strategic recommendations for the next 90 days.
  • Assist and empower clients with the results, knowledge, content, and tools to not only get their buy-in, but to also evangelize their success through their organization.
  • Recommend channels outside of inbound marketing where appropriate, create plans, manage their execution as part of an integration marketing plan.
  • Oversee project management to ensure scope and budget are met and responsible for overseeing the creation of project schedules, coordination deliverables, and facilitating resources across all departments.
  • Regularly perform HubSpot portal audits with our Growth Marketing Lead & HubSpot CC to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Represent the WEBITMD brand with your clients—you are the extension of their team and will be expected to know their businesses as well as they do.
  • Stay informed about marketing industry developments and utilize these developments to your clients’ benefit.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

A strong candidate will have:

  • BA/BS and 4+ years of related experience.
  • 3+ years of HubSpot experience.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience in other Marketing Automation Softwares or Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Experience in client facing role and managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Experience mentoring and inspiring a team
  • Experience in successfully growing relationship and creating customer success.
  • The ability to distill complex and intricate strategies and solutions into digestible information for clients.
  • The ability to think strategically and understand how to use data to measure achievement and track progress.
  • In-depth working knowledge of HubSpot & Google Analytics.

Content Writer (Remote)

We are looking for a rocking Copywriter to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content for our clients in order to achieve their business goals. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills. As a Copywriter, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, and simply love writing — keep reading!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals. Types of content include ebooks, whitepapers, blog posts, content power pages, guides, email copy, etc.
  • Create grammatically clean long-form copy as well as effective headlines, taglines, calls-to-action, blog posts, etc.
  • Write in multiple styles and for multiple formats as required by client style and prospect personas
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure creative concepts, tactics and copy are in line with client style, voice and messaging and with keyword strategy
  • Positive impact on client satisfaction levels, contributing to the agency’s overarching goal of delivering a truly remarkable client experience, as well as to its client retention objectives
  • Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)

Underpinnings Of Success:

  • BA/BS degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or relevant field

Web Production & Creative Designer (Remote)

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking an experienced web production and creative designer to join our growing team. We need someone who can help get into the backend of various CMS’s (WordPress, HubSpot, Shopify, Squarespace, etc) and carry out updates to pages but also have an eye for creative design to make things look good!

In this role you would be working closely with our Creative Director who would guide the overall design & development process but needs help with executing the tasks at hand. You’d get to stamp your own personality and creative ideas on worthy brands as part of a small team; that is both rewarding, but also comes with a fair degree of responsibility.

This role would be remote and part of an awesome team and work culture!

Responsibilities:

  • Digital creative design & development of various collateral
  • Example tasks include email newsletter design/dev, long form asset design, preparing images for various web formats using techniques such and overlays, gradients, transparencies, etc
  • Image display ads design, one-pager brochures, building custom graphics, etc
  • Website production updates & tasks across a variety of platforms (90% of our efforts are on WordPress or HubSpot)
  • Example tasks include building & updating web pages, implementing copy into sections of web pages, update web pages with new sections and copy provided
  • Updating imagery on various collateral, sourcing client or stock imagery to update in blog posts, email newsletters, and web page banners, etc.
  • HubSpot build out of landing pages, emails, forms, workflows, and campaigns (can be trained)
  • Communicating with our Creative Director as well as updating all tasks via our project management tool (Asana) and communication tool (Slack)
  • Quality testing before pushing to production to ensure no errors

Skills to be successful:

  • Adobe Photoshop experience is a major requirement. Adobe Illustrator experience is an additional plus! Must have a good understanding of web compression, file formats, and naming conventions.
  • Experience with the major CMS platforms including WordPress,  HubSpot, Squarespace, Shopify, etc.
  • Experience using front end visual building tools and WYSIWYG editors to make updates or build web pages.
  • Experience with WP Bakery (formerly Visual Composer) and/or Elementor is a major plus!
  • A detail-oriented mindset when working with / creating campaigns that have several moving parts (Landing Page, Forms, Thank You Page, Lead Sources, Campaigns, Workflow Automation, Email Autoresponders, etc.)
  • A balanced level of technical chops, as well as an eye for good design, typography, and imagery.
  • Keen on organization within files and folders, naming conventions, etc.

Desired qualities:

  • Technical and web-savvy with creative chops who is driven and motivated to succeed
  • Able to adapt to a highly dynamic, fast-paced agency environment .Prior digital agency experience is a bonus!
  • Continuously researching and expanding knowledge of the constantly changing landscape of web technologies and best practices.
  • Honest attention to detail is critical for success in this role.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing task deadlines and deliverables
