Overview of the Role:

We’re looking to hire an experienced Project Manager (PM) who is the ultimate organizational ninja blended with a knowledge of digital marketing. You DON’T have to be able to execute the services we provide (SEO, paid media, content writing/management, email marketing, design, etc) but rather manage the team who has that knowledge and carry out the tasks. 

This PM role would ONLY serve our Growth Stack clients (about 10 of them). What is the Growth Stack you ask? Our Growth Stack is a culmination of the services we’ve learned over the years, when combined, can fuel a businesses growth. The Growth Stack includes 3 parts (1) Top of funnel traffic driving via SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, and Content Marketing. (2) Mid funnel nurturing and marketing automation via email marketing and workflow drip campaigns. (3) Bottom of funnel sales strategy and process optimization that turns leads into revenue. We combine our Growth Stack offering on top of the HubSpot platform (CRM, marketing, sales, and customer service tools) for a powerful machine of growth for our clients. Our Growth Stack team structure includes 5 team members.

You would be working alongside our Growth Stack (GS) Strategist who serves as the client-facing role for our accounts. The Growth Stack Strategist leads all communication, develops quarterly/monthly strategy, and implements campaigns as needed. The PM role would be 90% internal and 10% client facing shadowing our GS Strategist on calls. 

Your support would be needed to document takeaways from meetings, create tasks/notes in our PM tool (Asana), manage the timeline of deliverables from the team, and report on progress and completions.

What would be your responsibilities:

  • End-to-end project management of tasks, timelines, dependencies and deliverables for our Growth Stack clients
  • Project set-up and management utilizing the Asana platform
  • Serve as a liaison between the Growth Stack Strategist and the other team members to ensure task details are clear and pushing forward on time
  • Overcome hurdles and challenges that ‘naturally’ arise in a cross-functional team
  • Maintain an intimate knowledge of the project’s health, including QA oversight
  • Create a reporting dashboard and status update our our internal team and weekly huddle calls
  • NOTE: Project scoping would be provided by leadership or our GS Strategist. You would not be responsible for determining any scope of work. The scope of work will always be within reason of the timelines provided and project management expectations.  

What you need to have:

  • 3+ years’ experience working with Asana 
  • 2+ years of experience working within the Inbound Marketing methodology
  • 2+ years of experience working with HubSpot (preferred but not a requirement)
  • Prior agency experience is a HUGE plus (as opposed to in-house PM experience)
  • Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Slack or similar platform is a plus

Growth Stack Strategist

Overview on the Role:

We are looking to hire an experienced marketer and sales-knowledge based individual to join our growing team!

In this role you will be responsible for being the direct point of contact for our Growth Stack clients – serving as a strategist / liaison between the client and our internal team members (SEO, Paid Media, Creative, etc). You will need to have a deep understanding of both marketing/sales in order to address client’s business challenges and marketing objectives.

Our Growth Stack has been built to solve these challenges – with technology, strategy, and tactics – but the understanding of how it all comes together and presenting that to our clients would be your core accountability. This full time position ideally would be based out of our Los Angeles offices but remote is an option for the right candidate.

Details of the Role:

  • Own the strategy, management, execution, and goal achievements for a core set of WEBITMD’s Growth Stack engagements
  • Identify client’s business objectives, challenges, and key success metrics alongside the WEBITMD leadership team during project kick-off
  • Become the resident expert on your clients’ industries and marketing. We are essentially their outsourced CMO/CRO and you are the key point of contact on the WEBITMD team.
  • Work alongside our Growth Marketing Lead, SEO team, Paid Media team, copywriters, designers, developers to deliver on that strategy and vision.
  • Take the lead in our quarterly strategy meetings with Growth Stack clients to review the past 3 months and plan the next 90 day roadmap aligned with the clients goals. In this meeting we highlight wins, identify areas in need of improvement, and provide our strategic recommendations for the next 90 days.
  • Assist and empower clients with the results, knowledge, content, and tools to not only get their buy-in, but to also evangelize their success through their organization.
  • Recommend channels outside of inbound marketing where appropriate, create plans, manage their execution as part of an integration marketing plan.
  • Oversee project management to ensure scope and budget are met and responsible for overseeing the creation of project schedules, coordination deliverables, and facilitating resources across all departments.
  • Regularly perform HubSpot portal audits with our Growth Marketing Lead & HubSpot CC to identify areas of opportunity.
  • Represent the WEBITMD brand with your clients—you are the extension of their team and will be expected to know their businesses as well as they do.
  • Stay informed about marketing industry developments and utilize these developments to your clients’ benefit.

  • BA/BS and 4+ years of related experience.

Web Developer

Overview on the Role:

We are looking to hire an experienced web designer with both creative as well as development chops to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who is self motivated, with 5+ years of experience, and balances a unique skill set of creativity, paired with a technical prowess that can get under the hood and troubleshoot issues when they arise. In this role you will be working closely with the Creative Director, using your passion for creative and technology to deliver results on marketing campaigns for our growing number of B2B and B2C clients.

This is a very important role. You will need to be a self starter, someone who is comfortable taking initiative and thinking up unique solutions to challenging issues. You get to stamp your own personality and creative ideas on worthy brands as part of a small team; that is both rewarding, but also comes with a high degree of responsibility.

Day to day tasks can involve working up creative for marketing ads, designing and building landing pages on multiple platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Hubspot, UnBounce, etc.), troubleshooting broken websites and/or plugins & themes, conceptualizing, designing, and ultimately building new wordpress websites for clients, using Flexitive for animating HTML5 ads, publishing blog posts in multiple platforms, designing and building email templates in the design manager of Hubspot, laying out and designing full assets in the form of PDF’s, and more.


A strong candidate will have:

  • Mastery of creative & aesthetic design. Able to produce collateral in several formats, heavy attention to detail in color theory, spatial relationship, typography, photography, and flow of content.
  • Expert level in Photoshop and Illustrator, for web production, as well as periodic print jobs. Understanding of web compression, file formats, and pixel pushing perfection.
  • Expert WordPress experience with particular emphasis on leveraging premium themes with Visual Composer. Deep understanding of Responsive web design and the tasks required to accommodate different viewports.
  • Underlying HTML5, CSS3, JS, and PHP experience. Ability to hand code HTML and CSS is required. Know what H1s, H2s, H3s, and so on mean in terms of SEO tags. A deep understanding of web technology is also required, but does not need to be mastered. You will not be working in Command line, nor in GIT. (But you can if you want!)
  • IT & server experience; understanding domain configurations, DNS, hosting packages, migration and deploying of websites from staging to production, etc.
  • Experience with various web platforms; i.e: Squarespace, GoDaddy, Hostgator, WPEngine, Shopify, Wix, Unbounce, Flexitive, etc.
  • Comfortable working with clients on design and development tasks, through direct email correspondence and phone calls.

Paid Media Analyst

Position Background:

The Role

We’re looking for a Paid Media Analyst to join the rapidly expanding team as we continue to grow. You’ll directly manage various Paid Media campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc) and multiple campaign types (search, display, shopping, retargeting, etc). Your complex and diverse portfolio of clients will be a mix of both big and small that constantly challenges you, and with extensive experience and/or a proven track record, you could be working with some of our biggest brands. You’ll be trusted to oversee account activity, daily optimizations, monitor triggers for campaign adjustments and assist in monthly reporting. This role will work directly under our Director of Paid Media and would be a fast track of growth and potential for the right candidate.

Additional Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Manage Display, Shopping, and Video advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and establish bidding strategies.
  • Analyze Paid Media campaign results and adjust strategy and budgets accordingly.
  • Communicate with clients regularly to discuss goals and deliver results.
  • Develop strategies across all marketing channels to improve ROI/ROAS and achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain and monitor daily bidding, campaign budgets, return on investments, and other key performance metrics.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for new opportunities, networks, campaign structuring, and targeting.
  • Leverage performance data to make recommendations around team priorities, strategies, and new marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Agency experience is highly preferable but not required.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience managing multiple paid media campaigns through Google, Facebook, and Bing/Yahoo – including evaluating campaign data, developing actionable insights, and carrying out campaigns optimizations.
  • An understanding of Paid Media optimizations towards business goals and ROI attribution for clients.
  • Experience with keyword research tools and web analytics tools (Google Analytics), as well as how to use these tools in Paid Media campaigns.
  • Familiarity and understanding of the WordPress CMS and its backend.
  • Strong interest in continually learning new techniques and tactics in the Paid Media space.
  • Ability to work closely alongside another team member in sharing responsibilities to get tasks done
  • General knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), social advertising, and web usability.
  • Experience with B2B Marketing, Social Advertising, and Inbound Marketing (Hubspot) are not required but a plus.
  • Experience using PPC ad platforms like Google AdWords, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, certification is a plus.
